Fluctuations and microscopic behavior of Coulomb gases

Coulomb gases are statistical mechanics ensembles of points which exhibit strong dependence, leading to interesting collective behavior, including some forms of temperature-dependent rigidity. We will review results in this direction, in particular central limit theorems for their fluctuations.
