I am leading the computational biology group at IRIBHM, a laboratory of the  Université Libre de Bruxelles. We study cancer genomes and transcriptomes.

I formerly held research positions at the Santa Fe Institute, at the Theoretical Biology and Biophysics Group which is part of the Los Alamos National Laboratory (USA), and at IRIDIA, also a laboratory of the Université Libre de Bruxelles.
